Joshua Bean

Joshua Bean is the founding attorney of Joshua J. Bean, PLLC, where he focuses his practice on family law, estate planning, and protection orders. He established the firm with a commitment to providing thoughtful, personalized legal services to families in Clark County, Washington.

Joshua’s approach to law is grounded in attention to detail, deep legal knowledge, and a genuine commitment to his clients’ wellbeing. He understands that legal matters affecting families are deeply personal, and he takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation and goals.

Before founding Joshua Bean Law, Joshua developed extensive experience in family law matters, from straightforward uncontested divorces to complex custody disputes. He brings this experience to every case, developing thoughtful strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

A graduate of Ridgefield High School, Whitman College and Boston College Law School, he brings experience to every case, developing thoughtful strategies tailored to each client’s needs. Prior to opening Joshua J. Bean, PLLC, he spent two years at Weber Gunn in Vancouver, Washington.

Joshua strives to take the stress out of clients’ difficult situations. He enjoys complex cases and as a proponent of technology in the courtroom, he has been asked to speak at seminars on electronic evidence and legal writing.

Outside of the office, Joshua enjoys photography, blues piano, coaching lacrosse, and hikes throughout the Columbia Gorge. But most of all, he values his time with his wife and two daughters.
